Our company, Conserve Conti arose in the final part of the last century in sun-kissed Sicily, cradle of civilisation and ancient traditions, in a strategic geographical position between the slopes of Etna and the great plain of Catania. The strong point of our company is still the sector of vegetables, fruit and the herbs of the earth of Sicily which are carefully chosen in the fields when they are fresh and in season, selected to be transformed into superb delicacies:: the range includes pressed olives, artichokes, grilled peppers and seasoned aubergines, sun-dried tomatoes and patès, all of which represent a union between tradition and the continual search for new equilibrium of flavours – hence Contitoast, Contispaghetti, black and green olive patè, artichoke patè and many other specialities.
The company proposes natural aromatic herbs that are used everyday in the traditional Mediterranean cuisine: oregano, basil, garlic, mint, bay-leaf and hot pepper which add that special touch that characterises our products.
